Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and U.S. territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, two-day expedited shipping to these addresses is not available at this time.

What shipping options do you offer, and what do they cost?

• FedEx home delivery (5-7 business days*): $6.95
• FedEx home delivery on orders $40+ (5-7 business days*): FREE
• Hawaii/Alaska FedEx home delivery (up to 21 business days*): $14.95
• US territories and military addresses USPS Priority (up to 21 business days*): $10.95

• FedEx two-day shipping on orders $200+ (2 business days*): FREE

How do I check the status of my order?
You can review your order status by visiting My Account. If you do not have an account, please visit here.

What if my package or products arrive damaged?
If your package or product was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@drunkelephant.com. Please do not discard the product or the packaging as these materials may be required for your claim to be processed.

What is your return policy?
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive product(s) that do not meet your expectations, return the gently used product(s) within 30 days of receipt. Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges.

How do I start a return?
Please notate the front side of your packing slip with the reason for your return and send the product(s) back to us using the prepaid label included in your package. You may track your return package by clicking here and using the tracking number on the prepaid return label.

Online Ordering

The product I want is out of stock. Will it be available again?
We always suggest subscribing to our emails to ensure you are getting first access to restocks, new products, and promotions. To be among the first to be notified when an item is back in stock, click the “Email me when back in stock” button on each product page.

Do you send samples?
Yes! We include at least one free sample with every order unless you opt not to receive them. We only ship samples with a purchase.

Where can I purchase Drunk Elephant products in the United States?
You can purchase any Drunk Elephant product from drunkelephant.com. Sephora and Ulta Beauty are our exclusive retail partners in the US.

Does drunkelephant.com ship internationally?
Unfortunately, drunkelephant.com does not ship outside the US. Please visit our international websites:

Product Questions

Do your products have expiration dates?
Most of our products do not have expiration dates because they are cosmetic products. All skincare products have a PAO (period after opening, i.e., first use) date that is printed on the packaging.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Most of our products are recyclable, except for the Littles and Midi sizes, Umbra, the clear wrap on our Pekee and Juju bars, and sample packettes.

Do you test your products on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals, including elephants.

Are Drunk Elephant products vegan and gluten-free?
As none of our products are produced in dedicated gluten-free facilities, we do not make this claim. If you have a gluten intolerance or allergy, please consult a physician regarding their suitability.

Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant or nursing?
Our entire product line is safe for pregnant or nursing women to use, with some exceptions. However, always check with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.

Younger Fans

Who are Drunk Elephant products intended for?
Anyone with skin can use Drunk Elephant, however, not every product is intended for every customer. Drunk Elephant products are formulated with research-backed, skin-friendly ingredients.

Can Drunk Elephant be used by children?
Yes, however not every product in our line should be used by younger fans, 12 and under. In general, we do not recommend using products containing high concentration of active ingredients for young children.

Can you recommend a simple routine for children?
For younger fans, 12 and under, a basic routine of cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen are really all that is needed. Our Beste No. 9 or Pekee Bar cleanser at night, followed with a few drops of Virgin Marula Oil for balance and moisture is a great starting point.

You can currently find Drunk Elephant products in the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and more. Please refer to our store locator for the precise locations.
